Questions relating to your Blue Lemon Paris account.

I go to

Click on My account in the top menu (right/left?) Of the page.

Enter your e-mail address (Take care not to make a mistake in the address) and click on"Create my account".

Fill in the required fields (indicated by an asterisk *) and click on"Register".

You will automatically receive an account creation confirmation email and voila! Welcome to Blue lemon Paris!

Go to "my account," under the fields to be filled in for identification, click on "I forgot my password."

Enter the e-mail address used to create your account and click on "Recover."

You will receive an e-mail offering to create a new password.

Click on the link in the email and save your new password.

You can now identify yourself using this new password.

Blue Lemon Paris respects the rules of confidentiality of information and personal information. This data is necessary for the processing and management of orders; and also make it possible to provide personalized services and improve the relevance of the information offered. Data is NEVER shared with third parties.

The creation of an account is optional to be able to make a purchase on the site. The account provides access to the history of orders, product returns, purchase orders, memorizing delivery addresses, etc. It is only necessary during the first order. During your next purchase, you will not need to create a new account, you will just have to identify myself.

Log into My account and click on "History of my orders."

Select the order that you want to consult and click on "Details" to obtain the information related to this order.

Questions about your orders

After creating your account, you connect to it.

Select the items you want to buy and add them to your cart. The summary of your selections is visible on the cart icon at the top right of my screen.

Once your selection is made, validate your basket.

Select your delivery address, your delivery method and check the General Conditions of Sale.

Choose your payment method and validate the payment. You will automatically receive an order confirmation email.

- If you have just placed an order and want to cancel it in full, notify Customer Service within an hour of placing the order, by writing to or on the chat. If the status has already changed to "In progress," the order can no longer be modified (cancellations, modification of addresses, ...) and your package has been shipped.

The ordered product is no longer available. This can happen when the last parts in stock are found to be defective when opened. Customer Service will contact you quickly to offer you an exchange or a refund.

You can modify the data stored in your customer area at any time. To do this, log into your account. You can then modify or complete your information.

Attention, for any modification of information which would intervene on an order in progress (change of delivery address, etc.), please contact our customer service quickly by telephone.


Questions relating to modes of shipment and delivery.

Blue Lemon Paris gives its customers the choice between several delivery methods depending on the destination of the package. Our delivery times and costs therefore depend entirely on our trusted partner"Boxtal". We also offer free collection of packages directly without our stores (link)

When shipping your orders, we use the Boxtal/sendcloud company. It makes it possible to group shipments from several carriers, and this from a single interface.
Thus, at the end of the preparation of your order, a packing slip is created. Boxtal then manages the tracking numbers and sends you an email, telling you that your package will be taken over by the carrier you have selected.

So remember to check that Boxtal sent you this email. You can directly track your package on the boxtal site .

You can also check the progress of your order on your account:My account> Orders. Click on your order number. The order tracking shows you all the steps as well as the shipping reference if the package has been sent, the relay point if you have chosen Mondial Relay, or the recipient's address, if you have chosen home delivery.

Yes, you can have it delivered to the country of your choice.

Click & Collect/Store delivery is available in all Blue Lemon Paris stores.

Once you have made your selection online and validated your cart, at the "Information" step of the order tunnel, click on "Collect in store."

Select the store in which you want to collect your order, and check the general conditions of sale and confirm.

You will be notified that your order is ready in store by e-mail.

You can, through your order or the email received by Boxtal on dispatch, retrieve your tracking number, which is essential for any research and complaint.


Questions regarding delivery & collection in store.

Collection is possible in all Blue Lemon Paris stores, located in Paris and Lyon

When you choose delivery in store/CLICK & COLLECT, you pay for your purchase online then you have 7 days to come and collect your purchase in store, plus you benefit from the site's conditions of sale (exchange or refund possible within 14 days after receipt of the order). The advantage is that you get to shop our collections on the site without having to pay shipping costs.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase of your product to return it to the store of your choice. You can request an exchange (for a product of the same amount) or a credit (valid for 1 year).


Questions relating to means of payment.

You can pay for your purchases on the site by credit card or Paypal account.

Card payments are managed by Paypal (Maestro, MasterCard, Cofinoga or Privilege, 4 stars, American Express, Carte Aurore, Visa card, bank card, Discover) or Stripe (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa card).

Transactions carried out on are completely secure. The HTTPS and SSL protocols are indicators that guarantee the protection of your personal data. The SSL server encrypts the data to make it unreadable.

PayPal is a secure payment method that allows you to pay quickly without sharing bank details with seller sites. Your bank details are encrypted and secured once and for all when creating the PayPal account.

If you already have a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchases on in complete security.

If you don't have a PayPal account, no problem:you can still choose this payment method. When paying, PayPal then gives you the choice to create or not a Paypal account. If you do not wish to create an account, you must enter your bank details as when paying by traditional bank card.

If your payment was not accepted, you should also receive an automatic email letting you know. This is a rejection by your bank or the institution issuing your card. In this case, your order is in"Payment error"status and will not be processed. To validate your purchase, you can use another card, or another means of payment.

NB:if payment by card does not work, you can choose to pay by credit card with Paypal, without having to create a Paypal account.
