Shipping policy
To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it on time as we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and that it includes all relevant and/or required information. Using abbreviations, house numbers, correct house or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure on-time delivery. We take no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
DELAY OF TREATMENT
All orders are subject to a separate processing time with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Orders take 2-4 days to process and ship, but 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are not refundable. If you decline a shipment from Blue Lemon Paris, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges.

Blue Lemon Paris is not responsible for shipping, if you have any concerns, please contact the carrier you selected when making your purchase.
You can, through your order or the email received by Boxtal on dispatch, retrieve your tracking number, which is essential for any research and complaint.
We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process requests.
We do not assume any responsibility for packages which have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes more than one item and one (or more) of those items is out of stock:we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you to your original method of payment for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it is composed of several articles.
